I bought this vehicle from Drive Time out of dire need. I was newly separated, my ex had taken both cars as a result of the separation and I felt that Drive Time was my only option.

Purchased in 2015 three months later the repairs began most of which was not covered by Aeverex. This car had an automatic starter that stopped working two months after purchasing the car. My driver side headlight was taking in water was facing 1k to have that replaced, luckily my repairman was able to seal it, since I've replaced three bulbs two on driver side and one on the passenger side. I've purchased two batteries in the two years of owning this car.

I rear ended a car because I lost my brakes, luckily no one was injured, found out I had to replace the master cylinder that wasn't covered. Replaced o2 sensors prior to having the engine replaced after the timing chain went causing the car to stop at a stop light in the thick of traffic. Had to replace air bag seat sensor in the passenger seat. The most major repair was the replacement of the engine which the replacement that Aeverex sent to the repair shop was a piece of junk! I tried to contact adjuster to discuss the condition of the engine but he has yet to call me back and it's been a year.

The list of repairs are endless and I still owe 13k on this Cadillac STS. I've tried trading this vehicle but the amount still owed and the condition that the car is in I would have to put at least 6k down to get out of this LEMON. In showing the salesman my portfolio of all of the receipts of repairs he was in utter disbelief.

I have worked hard to get my credit score where it is and may now be facing a repossession because I cannot afford to continue to making costly Cadillac repairs and make a $464 payment. Bridge Crest offers no solutions all they want is their money despite the misfortune you have endured.

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

I completely understand your frustration. I got my SUV from drive time in 2013 and I started having problems soon after.

I was able to get my car fix the very first time and afterward, they didn't cover anything. My husband and I were putting $1500 - $2500 into the SUV every year. Now my husband is to the point that he wants me to trade it in because it is going to cost us $7000 to get one thing fix on the car (there are 2 other things wrong with it) if we go to the dealership.

It is too much to deal with. Sorry, you are having to deal with this.
